Woodstock Church Hire Request & Requirements

St Mary Magdalene’s seeks to engage with the community it serves and therefore encourages the use of its premises. Suitable meetings and events - whether small or large - are always welcome.

You can use the form below to request hire of the Church and to help us understand your requirements. The Events Coordinator will then contact you to discuss these and a possible booking.

Please note that we CANNOT guarantee a Hire Request until you have provided us with all requested information and signatures. However, we are certainly happy to ‘pencil in’ and hold a Hire Request for a period of one week while the booking process is completed with us.
